DEEPLY RESTED PODCAST

Ep. 28: Why Your Health is Your Most Valuable Business Asset
with Michelle Leotta

Do you ever feel like your business demands everything you have—at the expense of your health? I know I’ve felt that way, and in this episode, I sit down with health coach Michelle Leotta to talk about what it really takes to find balance when your work feels all-consuming.

Michelle shares her journey from burnout to sustainability, opening up about the challenges of being a health coach while struggling with her own health and well-being. We talk about the pressure to “walk the walk” in your industry, why perfection isn’t the goal, and how prioritizing yourself can actually make you a better business owner.

Through our conversation, Michelle offers practical strategies for integrating self-care into a busy schedule—and I share some of my own experiences navigating this delicate balance, too.
