Subject:Can you do me a favor? 🙏
Apparently, it’s healthy to ask people for help??
I thought the rule is you only reveal the finished product once you’ve had a dozen panic attacks, thrown out your back, and thoroughly pissed off your spouse with your cranky attitude.
That’s what OLD MAEGAN would’ve said. She got shingles when she was 15, so she was basically an expert on self-imposed stress.
But Current Maegan says, “Do you think Kamala is typing the 37 daily texts you’re getting with her own two thumbs? Nope.”
Over the years, I’ve learned that being deeply rested and asking for support when I need it go hand in hand.
Today, I’m practicing what I preach.
My team and I launched the Deeply Rested podcast last month. It’s going great so far. I’m passionate about this project and want to do everything possible to spread the good word.
Which is where you come in.
The Internet Gods demand offerings in the form of Apple Podcast reviews before they show this podcast to new listeners who might enjoy the episodes.
Can you leave a 5-star review for the Deeply Rested podcast? 🙏
We need to reach 50 reviews (preferably 5-star reviews) to satisfy the Internet Gods and get our podcast popping up for new listeners.
It’s a lofty goal, but with your help, we can get there.
Here’s how you do it:
1️⃣ Open Apple Podcasts on your desktop or mobile device
2️⃣ Search for “Deeply Rested” and open the podcast
3️⃣ Scroll down until you see the reviews
4️⃣ Click “Write a Review”
5️⃣ Select 5 stars and write a nice sentence or two about the show
Then, sit back and bask in the glow of being a fabulous person.
→ Here’s a video tutorial if you need visuals.
Your review doesn’t need to be fancy. I don’t even mind if you ask ChatGPT to write it for you! What’s most important is that the reviews are there to feed the machine so more people can hear the Deeply Rested message.
If you’ve benefited from even one of my newsletters or podcast episodes, I hope you’ll consider supporting this work by leaving a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts.
I’m learning that I can’t do this alone.
And honestly, I don’t want to.
I’m doing this for you, so why not do it with you?
The ball is in your court.
Apple Podcasts. 5-star review for Deeply Rested. You’ve got this.
With Gratitude,
Maegan
