Subject: Do you *really* need a vacation?

I love a good vacation.

There’s no greater pleasure than turning on my out-of-office autoresponder and turning off my brain for a week of vacation bliss.

I’m down for an active adventure in a new city or lazy lounging beside a pool. For me, vacation is a chance to escape reality, have some fun, and connect with the people I love most.

But regardless of how much fun I’m having, on the last day of vacation, I get hit by a wave of end-of-vacation blues.

For me, the blues are triggered when the alarm goes off to check in for our flight—a reminder that the life we left behind is waiting impatiently for us back home.

Then my mind starts spinning…

>> I wonder how many emails are in my inbox?
>> It’s going to take forever to do all of this laundry.
>> Ugh, my caseload is getting really low…
>> When will I find the time to work on marketing?
>> There’s too much to do—don’t make me go back!

The reminder of the overwhelm and stress you left behind pops your vacation bliss balloon in an instant.

Vacations are great, but they don’t solve the underlying stressors that make you question why you decided to become a business owner in the first place.

If you’ve fallen out of love with your business, you need more than a romantic getaway to heal the rifts and revitalize your bond.

You need to go to a business retreat

Retreats are altered state experiences that allow you to be fully present with yourself while in community with like-minded others.

They are spaces designed for you to do deep, personal work.

At my retreats, the focus is on you as a business owner, not on your business itself. The work you do on retreat will impact your business, but it’s not centered on growing or improving your business operations. That comes later.

Retreats have purpose, intention, and involve showing up to do inner work. They require effort, focus, and intentional post-retreat integration. All things I try hard to avoid while on vacation!

On the Deep Rest Retreat, we dive deep so that we can open ourselves up to the bigger truths we can’t access when we’re lost in the grind of day-to-day life.

You will also…

>> have fun being silly and playful
>> feel deeply seen and connected
>> sleep as much as you want
>> enjoy not being glued to your screen
>> get an ab workout from belly laughing

My biggest business breakthroughs happen when I put myself in a different environment, surround myself with like-minded colleagues, and allow myself to journey deep within my heart so that I can hear the quiet whispers of my soul.

Are you ready for a business breakthrough?

The Deep Rest Retreat might be exactly what you need to get unstuck, recharge your professional batteries, and envision the next chapter of your career.

You’ll find all of the details right here.

Don’t forget → Apply before 10/7 to get $500 off and access to an extended four-month payment plan!
